My sense is that cloud computing industry will soon have a very well defined tiered structure, just like any industry. This is true because it will mostly draw that structure from the various software industry structures.
To put it simply you will soon hear companies branded as Cloud Computing Business Solutions Providers, Cloud Computing System Integrators, Cloud Computing Service Providers and so on.
